Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Sébastien Vincendeau, the developer of Spin Lounge ("we", "us"). By playing Spin Lounge, including test versions distributed through Apple TestFlight, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Apple's TestFlight terms also apply to test versions.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to play social casino games where you live.

3. The game

• Spin Lounge is a free-to-play social casino game. Outcomes are random and decided on our servers.
• Coins, gems and other virtual items are a limited, personal licence to use them in the game. They are not property, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value, inside or outside the game.
• The beta has no real-money purchases. If we add in-app purchases, Apple processes them under its terms, and we will explain what you buy before you buy it.

4. A beta

This is a test version. Features may change, break or disappear, and we may reset accounts, balances and progress before launch. Your feedback is welcome; by sending it, you let us use it to improve the game without any obligation to you.

5. Your account

You play with a guest account tied to your device. If you delete the app, reset your device or delete your account (Settings, then Delete account), you may lose your progress. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

6. Community rules: zero tolerance

Spin Lounge has chat and social features. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post or send anything that is:

• hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or violent;
• spam, advertising, scams or offers to buy or sell coins, gems or accounts;
• someone's personal information, or an impersonation of another person;
• illegal, or encourages illegal activity.

You can report a message or a player at any time. We filter chat, review reports, and may remove content, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, without notice.

7. Fair play

Don't cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, reverse-engineer the app or servers, or interfere with other players' games. If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage, please report it to us.

8. Our content

The game, its art, sounds, software and brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own entertainment, subject to these terms.

9. No warranty

The beta is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of virtual items, which have no monetary value. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or end the beta at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep playing, the new terms apply.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
